Here is the package process in YLEU for lighting export to oversea customer

• After inspection done, assemble each piece to a semi-finished module

• Pack the semi-finished product with protector, such as EPE foam, transparent film …to make all the corner be packed fully well.

• Mark down the number of the module in case it needs to install per design layout.

• Put each module into a fixed hole by foam structure, whichcan help fix it the carton without waggle

• Load the carton into pallet and fix the carton by wood shelf after seal the carton

• Plastic wrap the pallet to have the carton be fixed without movement during transportation
