For order less than USD500, we suggest 100% payment in advance to save bank service charge. For regular on sale lighting order, we request 30% deposit and 70% balance to be paid before shipment. However for customized lighting order, we request 40%-50% deposit depend on the lamp processing difficulty and upfront investment then 60%-50% balance to be paid before shipment. (We'll show you the production photos and package photos of the products before you pay the balance) . We accept Paypal, TT(Bank transfer) and others if applicable.

This depends on the qty and items of your full order.We will let you know about the production schedule after receiving your exact order. At normal case, 15-25 days for on sale lighting products and 20-40 days for customization lamps, and we have regular stock available lighting for some popular items as well, which will help our customers to start sale as fastest as they can to seize the business chance and go ahead of the market.

All our product will apply to standard export packing and it will be a little different according to the exact item. Some of our most fragile materials like air blown glass shades, crystal drops, glass tubes, glass panels may need extra protection so we use 7-8KG thick molded foam packing on top with five layers carton, and for some parts we might use inner box to make double protection, and for some large size package or heavy packages we will add wooden crate or wooden box packing or even pallet packing if there is necessary.
